Methadone Maintenance Treatment:
Intake Fee for Methadone Treatment is $93.00. This includes your assessment, doctor’s visit, lab work, and first dose of methadone.
Methadone Treatment is $13.00 per day. This includes counseling, medication, and drug screens. After 30 days, the fee is $15.00 for any client, who is non-compliant with treatment.
Intake Fee for Suboxone Treatment is $100.00. This includes your assessment, doctor’s visit, lab work, and first dose of Suboxone.
Suboxone Treatment is $20.00 per day. This includes counseling, medication, and drug screens.

Monday – Friday: 5:30am – 12:00pm
Saturday: 6:00am – 9:00am

6. How is your methadone dispensed?
7. Will I be required to provide urine drug screens.
Yes. During the first 30 days, all clients are required to submit weekly, random urine drug screens. After 30 days, and if you are testing negative for all illicit drugs, then you will be required to only submit one random drug screen per month. If you continue to test positive for any illicit drug, you will continue to be required to submit weekly screens.

Yes. The Guest Dose fee is $13.00 per day. There is an initial, one-time only set-up fee of $10.00
9. Will my treatment be confidential?
Yes. Recovery of Columbia adheres to the CFR 42, Part 8 and is committed to protecting your privacy. Staff are not allowed to tell anyone you are a client, or to release any information about you, without your written permission.
There are exceptions, by law, to confidentiality. These include:
A. If you tell us or we believe you are going to harm yourself.
B. If you tell us or we believe you are going to harm someone else.
C. If you tell us or we suspect any child abuse/neglect or elder abuse/neglect.
